Sports injuries occur during exercise or while participating in a sport. Children are particularly at risk for these types of injuries, but adults can get them, too.

You’re at risk for sports injuries if you:

  • haven’t been regularly active
  • don’t warm up properly before exercise
  • play contact sports

Even a casual hike without preparation and conditioning can end causing problems.

In this webinar, we’ll look into natural remedies to prevent and treat athletic injuries and more casual problems that come with the sports season.

We’ll cover internal and external strategies for sprain, strain, knee injuries, swollen muscles, tendon damage, inflammation and pain.
