Class Details

There are two distinct seasons here where I live in the Pacific Northwest. There is the shorter one, where everyone is outside and enjoying our beautiful temperate, sunny weather. And then there is a much longer season where people tend to hibernate a little more, sheltering themselves from the cold, wet and dark elements.

For those who experience "winter depression" or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), this can be a much more difficult time. I see it all around me, and it's closing in again this year. And I have news to share. Lots of exciting new developments since we last talked about SAD.

If you just want to hibernate and are feeling gloomy, depressed, out of sorts, let's talk about how I have helped people tackle SAD for 47 years. It doesn't matter where you live. If winter drags you down, I'll give you tools to battle Seasonal Affective Disorder. You will learn about food, herbs and supplements and essential oils to uplift your spirit during the dark winter months. I'll give you a toolbox of techniques that will guide you back to mental balance and take the chill off.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  1. Which natural medicines really work for SAD, and how to use them correctly
  2. How to use your SAD lights properly for maximum effect
  3. Remedies that are even more effective than light therapy, to brighten your mood and behavior
  4. Food and diet to mend your mood during the dark winter months

This webinar will provide new and updated ways to combat SAD and survive through the seasons. You do not need Part 1 to take Part 2 - they each stand alone and complement each other. Click Here to Get Part 1

Join us to take the SAD chill off, and build your healing fire from within.

P.S.S. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with details on how to access the webinar via GoToWebinar.
